Embarking on a personal and professional journey in the heart of Yerevan, Armenia, I'm Emil. At 25, I dance through diverse roles – stylist, fashion enthusiast, and creative director – in the vibrant intersection of art and style. My passion for fashion and art started in 2009 when I saw Alexander McQueen’s “The Horn of Plenty” fashion show for the first time. It was love at first sight. I began working on my skills immediately, striving to improve them by drawing 500-1000 sketches daily. Beyond the sketchpad, I explored drawing portraits and translating my creativity to clothing. The charm of the theater interested me, and I took on the dual role of makeup artist and set designer. This helped me get closer to what I was striving for while honing my skills. At 20, a significant challenge awaited – crafting my first fashion collection. The path was rocky, marked by public criticism and a partnership's demise, laying bare the industry's unforgiving nature. Two years later, undeterred, I redirected my creativity to jewelry design. The first collections were quite successful, but life’s obstacles again forced me to abandon this idea. Then I decided to delve deeper into myself and create my own ‘brand’, transforming into a living canvas of style and creativity. This would help me protect myself and buy time for further development. I tried to apply my skills and knowledge to fashion styling, and it didn’t take much time before it turned into a big success. Today, I stand tall among local fashion enthusiasts, my work celebrated for its uniqueness. As a stylist in prestigious events like Yerevan Fashion Week and the Golden Apricot International Film Festival, my presence solidifies in the realms of fashion and entertainment. In the ebb and flow of my journey, gratitude flows for every kind word and small gesture.
